This page outlines the legal terms governing your use of ChinaWithEase.com and any travel services booked through ChinaWithEase LLC. We believe in transparency — no fine print, no surprises.

All contracts, agreements, and disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States of America.

Terms of Service

By accessing ChinaWithEase.com or booking travel services through ChinaWithEase LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to book travel services. Minors may travel as part of a booking made by an adult.

Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate personal information (names as on passport, contact details, dietary/medical requirements). ChinaWithEase is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.

Travel Documents: You are responsible for obtaining a valid passport, China visa, and any required travel documents. ChinaWithEase provides guidance and checklists but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa fees are not included in package pricing.

Travel Insurance: ChinaWithEase strongly recommends travel insurance with medical evacuation coverage. We are not responsible for medical expenses, trip cancellation costs, or other losses not covered by insurance.

Itinerary Changes: ChinaWithEase reserves the right to modify itinerary details (hotels, routing, timing) due to force majeure, government regulations, safety concerns, or vendor availability. We will notify you of changes as early as possible and provide equivalent alternatives.

Conduct: Clients must comply with all local laws in China. ChinaWithEase is not responsible for consequences arising from illegal activity, violation of Chinese laws, or disruptive behavior by clients.

Booking & Payment Terms

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after receipt of the 30% deposit and a written confirmation email from ChinaWithEase. Itinerary proposals and quotes are not binding until deposit is received.

Price Guarantee: Once your deposit is received and booking is confirmed, the quoted price is locked. No price increases after confirmation, except for additional services you request.

Late Payment: If the remaining 70% balance is not received 30 days before departure, ChinaWithEase reserves the right to cancel the booking. The deposit may be forfeited per the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to Cancel: Send cancellation requests to hello@chinawithease.com or via WhatsApp. Cancellation is effective on the date the request is received and acknowledged by ChinaWithEase.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe) within 10 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Force Majeure: In the event of government travel bans, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events that prevent travel, ChinaWithEase will offer full credit toward a future trip (valid 18 months) or a refund minus any unrecoverable third-party costs (airline change fees, non-refundable hotel deposits).

ChinaWithEase-Initiated Cancellation: If ChinaWithEase cancels a trip for any reason within our control, you receive a 100% full refund.

Privacy Policy

What We Collect: Name, email, phone number, passport details (for hotel and attraction bookings), travel dates, group size, dietary/medical requirements, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card data).

How We Use It: Solely to plan and deliver your China travel services — hotel bookings, guide assignments, attraction tickets, visa guidance, and trip communication. We also use aggregate, anonymized data to improve our services.

Who We Share With: Your information is shared only with third-party service providers necessary to fulfill your booking: hotels, airlines, guide services, and attraction ticketing platforms in China. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Data Security: We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data transmission. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). Passport data is stored in encrypted systems and deleted 90 days after trip completion.

Cookies: ChinaWithEase.com uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and site functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising.

Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@chinawithease.com. We will respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA — contact us for details.

Data Retention: We retain booking records and communication for 3 years after trip completion for legal and quality purposes. Passport data is deleted 90 days after trip completion. You may request earlier deletion.

Liability & Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: ChinaWithEase acts as a travel concierge and booking agent. While we carefully vet all service providers (hotels, guides, drivers, restaurants), we are not directly responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.

Travel Risks: International travel involves inherent risks including flight delays, health issues, natural events, political changes, and personal injury. ChinaWithEase is not liable for losses arising from these risks. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Website Content: Information on ChinaWithEase.com (visa guides, safety information, travel tips) is provided for general guidance and may not reflect the most current conditions. We update regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Always verify critical information (visa requirements, health advisories) with official sources.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation first (via email or WhatsApp). If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver: Both parties agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

ChinaWithEase reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. The "Effective" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
